Visitor Guidelines

Due to COVID-19, OSS Health is no longer allowing visitors to our outpatient clinics.

  • Patients may have a single accompanying visitor, only if needed, such as a parent/guardian of a minor, close friend/relative of a hearing, cognitively or otherwise impaired person, or the caregiver of an elderly patient.
  • No visitors under the age of 18 are permitted, only those seeking care.
  • OSS Hospital will no longer be accepting visitors as well.

UPDATED Urgent Care location hours:

  • Powder Mill Urgent Care – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm / Saturday & Sunday 9am to 1pm
  • West York Urgent Care – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Mechanicsburg Urgent Care – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Hanover Urgent Care – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Our Columbia and Gettysburg offices will be closed until further notice.  Columbia patients can be seen in our West York location.  Gettysburg patients can be seen in our Hanover location.  Our Eastern Boulevard office will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and our physicians are seeing patients in the West York office as well.

UPDATED Physical Therapy location hours:

  • OSS Health Powder Mill Physical Therapy – Monday through Thursday 7am to 7pm / Friday 7am to 6pm/ Saturday 7am to 12pm
  • OSS Health West Physical Therapy – Monday through Thursday 7am to 7pm / Friday 7am to 6pm/ Saturday 7am to 11am
  • OSS Health Hanover Physical Therapy – Monday  through Thursday 7am to 7pm / Friday 7am to 6pm/ Saturday 7am to 11am

Each OSS Health location will include a screening process prior to entry:

  • All patients will have their temperature taken at the door and answer a questionnaire
  • No entry for those who are ill, sick, frail, elderly, or at-risk (i.e. immune compromised or serious chronic illness)
  • Due to the new Pennsylvania state requirements, all customers and patients are required to wear a mask while in a place of essential business.  Please be prepared to wear your mask when inside our facility.
