Vaccination Update:
We are very sorry to report that we have not been granted the opportunity to provide the COVID-19 vaccination to our patients at this time. We recommend for you to refer to the PA Department of Health website for information on eligibility at www.pa.gov/get-vaccinated or call their hotline number at 1-877-724-3258.
Visitor Guidelines
For the safety of our patients and staff, and to lower the likelihood of exposure to any illness, including COVID-19, OSS HEALTH will temporarily only allow patients in our facilities. Please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- No persons under the age of 18 are permitted except those seeking care.
- Patients UNDER the age of 18 are required to have one parent or legal guardian to accompany them for treatment.
- Seating in the Cafe and Cafeteria will be reserved for OSS Staff.
Each OSS Health location will include a screening process prior to entry:
- All patients will have their temperature taken at the door and answer a questionnaire:
- Do you or anyone you have been in contact with have a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, being tested for COVID-19, or ill with a respiratory illness?
- Do you have any signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as?
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
- If your immune system is compromised or you have a chronic illness, we ask that you contact OSS Health and ask about a Telemedicine visit. Please visit https://osshealth.com/telemedicine/ for more information about our Telemedicine services.
