Visitor Guidelines

For the safety of our patients and staff, and to lower the likelihood of exposure to any illness, including COVID-19, we are no longer allowing visitors in the OSS Health Outpatient clinics.

  • Patients may have a single accompanying visitor, only if needed, such as a parent/guardian of a minor, close friend/relative of a hearing, cognitively or otherwise impaired person, or the caregiver of an elderly patient.
  • No visitors under the age of 18 are permitted, only those seeking care. OSS Hospital will no longer be accepting visitors as well.

UPDATED Urgent Care location hours:

  • Powder Mill Urgent Care – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm / Saturday & Sunday 9am to 1pm
  • West York Urgent Care – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Mechanicsburg Urgent Care – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Hanover Urgent Care – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Our Columbia, Eastern Boulevard and Gettysburg offices will be closed until further notice.  Columbia and Eastern Boulevard patients can be seen in our West York location.  Gettysburg patients can be seen in our Hanover location.

UPDATED Physical Therapy location hours:

  • OSS Health Powder Mill Physical Therapy– Monday , Wednesday, Thursday 7am to 6pm / Tuesday and Friday 7am to 4pm
  • OSS Health West Physical Therapy – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • OSS Health Hanover Physical Therapy – Monday through Friday 8am to 5:30pm

Each OSS Health location will include a screening process prior to entry:

  • All patients will have their temperature taken at the door and answer a questionnaire:
    • Do you or anyone you have been in contact with have a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, being tested for COVID-19, or ill with a respiratory illness?
    • Do you have any signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as?
      • Fever or chills
      • Cough
      • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
      • Fatigue
      • Muscle or body aches
      • Headache
      • New loss of taste or smell
      • Sore throat
      • Congestion or runny nose
      • Nausea or vomiting
      • Diarrhea
    • In the last 14 days have you traveled from any high-risk areas or states including?
      • Alabama
      • Arizona
      • Arkansas
      • California
      • Florida
      • Georgia
      • Idaho
      • Louisiana
      • Mississippi
      • Nevada
      • North Carolina
      • South Carolina
      • Tennessee
      • Texas
      • Utah
