Visitor Guidelines

The CDC and the PA Department of Health continue to require that healthcare facilities maintain masking policies to protect our sick and medically vulnerable population.  All patients and escorts will be required to properly wear a mask and pass our screening process at the door.  Hospital Visiting Hours will be limited to one support person/visitor for each patient.  Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Patients UNDER the age of 18 are required to have one parent or legal guardian to accompany them for treatment.
  • Seating in the Cafe and Cafeteria will be reserved for OSS Staff.
  • Hospital visiting hours will end at 7PM.

Each OSS Health location will include a screening process prior to entry:

  • All patients will be required to answer a questionnaire at the door:
    • Do you or anyone you have been in contact with have a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, being tested for COVID-19, or ill with a respiratory illness?
    • Do you have any signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as?
      • Fever or chills
      • Cough
      • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
      • Fatigue
      • Muscle or body aches
      • Headache
      • New loss of taste or smell
      • Sore throat
      • Congestion or runny nose
      • Nausea or vomiting
      • Diarrhea
  • If your immune system is compromised or you have a chronic illness, we ask that you contact OSS Health and ask about a Telemedicine visit. Please visit for more information about our Telemedicine services.
