An accurate diagnosis often starts with the right imaging
And the faster you get those images, the faster your diagnosis begins. OSS Health brings you the speed you need with a complete, on-site imaging facility at our 1855 Powder Mill Road location in York.
The state-of-the-art technology in our Imaging Center includes:
Two Full-Body High Field MRI’s
CT Scans with 3D reconstructions
Ultrasound with color Doppler
Full Body Dexascan
Patient images are quickly transmitted and then read by radiologists from the Cleveland Clinic. These trained radiologists see a vast number of images in their area of specialization that results in reports with an overall higher level of diagnostic accuracy.
You may have a condition or implant that will prevent you from having an MRI. OSS Health offers a variety of additional studies that would be safe for you. If you have any questions please be sure to ask the technologist before your test.
ACR Accreditation for MRI and Ultrasound
OSS Health is ACR Accreditated for MRI, CT and Ultrasound. The ACR Gold Seal represents the highest level of image quality and patient safety. It is awarded only to facilities meeting ACR Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards after an evaluation by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field. Image quality, personnel qualifications, adequacy of facility equipment, quality control procedures and quality assurance programs are assessed.

The speed you need
Reports are typically provided within 48 hours. If unexpected findings are identified, we will call your physician immediately and forward emergency imaging reports. If you’re being seen by one of our OSS Health physicians, the reports can be seen on our exam room computer monitors. If you’re not being seen by one of our physicians, we can still schedule your test and provide the physician with a CD of the images and a report of the findings.
Any time you receive a referral from a physician for an MRI study, a CT Scan, or Ultrasound, choose the Imaging Center at OSS Health for the speed you need.
