Recruitment Process

Below are the steps to OSS Health’s inclusive recruitment process.  Thank you for your interest in a position within OSS Health.  

 

1. Submit an Application 

Review available positions and apply right away.  You also have the opportunity to create an applicant presence and be alerted when desired positions become available.

2. Review of Qualification

We appreciate your time and interest in joining the OSS Health team.  We will closely review your accomplishments to make sure we are the right match.

3. Phone Screen/Interview

A member of the OSS Health team will reach out to conduct a phone screen to begin to learn more about your experience.  From the phone screens, we will then invite the top candidates for a behavioral based interview.  You may even be asked to job shadow in the department.

4. Reference Checks

References you provide will be contacted to learn more about previous employers, schools, colleges, and other sources to confirm that you are qualified for the job.

5. Offer of Employment

If you are selected as the best qualified candidate, someone from Human Resources will reach out to you to extend an offer of employment and assist with pre-employment screenings.

6. Start Date

OSS Health takes pride in providing a robust orientation for all people new to the organization.  We conduct a two-day orientation for all new hires each month to set you up for success.
