Dr. Rutters is one of OSS’s best. I had shoulder pain n went in as a walk in. Dr.Rutter gave me a cortisone shot n I was better in 2 days no pain. He’s kind n down to earth. I also had him yrs ago for corporal tunnel surgery n that went wonderful. I’d highly recommend him for your needs.
OSS is so much better than Wellspan.

Dr. Rutter was very professional, listened to what was going on and came up with multiple solutions for my problem. There was no push for treatment, I was able to select what I felt would be best to start and we could go from there depending how things progressed. I highly recommend OSS Health.
