If you are filing an insurance claim for any of the services below, the prices listed below do not apply to you. Full payment must be received prior to or at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash or credit card only.
Orthopaedic and Urgent Care Visits

Physical Therapy Visits

Joint Injections
- Single Joint Injection of Hyaluronic Acid (Supartz) – $100.00 each; Series of 3 = $300.00
- Bilateral Joint Injection of Hyaluronic Acid (Supartz) – $180.00 each; Series of 3 = $540.00
- One-time Joint Injection of Hyaluronic Acid (Synvisc One) - $700.00
- One-time Joint Injection Hyaluronic Acid (Durolane) - $1200.00
- Ultrasound-guided Joint Injection or Aspiration – $300.00
