We specialize in caring for muscular and skeletal disorders, with a special concentration in non-surgical care of conditions of the spine and joints. So whether you are having pain from a Herniated disc, Sciatica, Spinal Stenosis or arthritis, we have a solution for you. Using a team approach, our goal is to restore and maximize your daily function to help get you back to a healthy, active lifestyle.

OSS Health’s Spine Team uses many diagnostic tools to determine the cause of pain, including EMG‘s (electromyography), X-Rays, MRI’s and nerve conduction studies. Once the cause of pain is determined, a treatment plan is developed to meet your individual needs.

A wide range of non-surgical procedures are offered to help reduce pain. These procedures are minimally invasive and ***do not require surgery***. They are generally performed using a local anesthetic. Procedures usually last less than an hour and the patient is usually able to go home shortly after their injection. These injections can be repeated over the course of a year if needed
