OSS Health contracts with many local and national insurance companies. If you provide complete and accurate insurance information, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payment for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance or other deductible amounts.

How much do I owe?
Insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company. We do not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company regarding deductibles, co-payments and services that are denied or not covered. How much you owe depends on a variety of factors, and we would be happy to discuss these in person. Patient Financial Advocates can be reached at 717-747-8375 or through our online form.
How May I Pay?
We accept payment by cash, personal check, or the following credit cards. Note: A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks

We also offer patients the option of viewing and paying their bills via our secure online payment center. All that is needed is the patient last name and account number on the billing statement to view and pay your bills online. Click below to pay your bill online:
