Alyson Reese received her undergraduate degree in Genetics and Developmental Biology from Penn State. She then received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University

Previously, she was a medical assistant with the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in Hanover, PA.

Alyson Reese has been a Physician Assistant since 2025. She assists the OSS physicians in all aspects of patient care, including, but not limited to acquiring a detailed history and physical exam, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, ordering/interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic studies and assist in surgery.

In her leisure time, she enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball and volleyball, baking sourdough, and spending time with her friends and family.
