Dr. Brian Bixler
Brian Bixler, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in sports medicine and pediatric orthopaedics. Dr. Bixler specializes in the care of the injured athlete and the pediatric patient. He sees patients age 21 and younger. He is the team physician for many high schools in the area as well as colleges. Dr. Bixler is frequently found on the sidelines of local high school and college-level sporting events in the event of an injury. His goal is to get the injured athlete back in the game.

Good experience at the facility in general! The intake nurse was kind and relatable and understanding. Dr Bixler was friendly and very reassuring with my concerns regarding the extent of my injury. Took away a star only because there was some confusion at the end of the appointment, and I felt a little rushed at checkout when I still had some questions. Luckily my questions were answered in the discharge paperwork but it felt awkward while I stood at the desk after my appt. Overall staff at the urgent care were efficient and thoughtful, the facility is nice- I would recommend Dr Bixler to friends and family.

I had to get my elbow checked out that I had surgery on before because I hurt it while doing firewood at home. He was very good at telling me what was wrong and how to take care of the problem to get back on the right track.
