Dr. Brian Bixler
Brian Bixler, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in sports medicine and pediatric orthopaedics. Dr. Bixler specializes in the care of the injured athlete and the pediatric patient. He sees patients age 21 and younger. He is the team physician for many high schools in the area as well as colleges. Dr. Bixler is frequently found on the sidelines of local high school and college-level sporting events in the event of an injury. His goal is to get the injured athlete back in the game.

As always the staff at OSS was amazing. From their first contact with me at reception, to my check out. Dr. Bixler as always was pleasant and very in tune with his care and instruction. He gave me exercises to try and relief some of my back pain until my follow up visit. I was pleased there was no uncomfortable injections right away as my anxiety was through the roof about the visit. Dr. Bixler did order some medication that was sent straight to my pharmacy without delay. I actually was alerted while still in the office that it had been sent over. Just those little gestures mean so much when you’re in pain.
