Dr. Brian Bixler
Brian Bixler, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in sports medicine and pediatric orthopaedics. Dr. Bixler specializes in the care of the injured athlete and the pediatric patient. He sees patients age 21 and younger. He is the team physician for many high schools in the area as well as colleges. Dr. Bixler is frequently found on the sidelines of local high school and college-level sporting events in the event of an injury. His goal is to get the injured athlete back in the game.

Dr Bixler was efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt. Although not his fault, when he said he wanted to get me in as soon as possible for treatment, the soonest appointment I could get was 13 days later with no help for pain except OTC medication in the mean time. Maybe some exercises would have been helpful. I don’t know.

Dr. Bixler was very kind and explained things to help me understand what was causing my pain. He was also able to get me connected with a hip surgeon to be able to get my symptoms addressed in a timely manner.
