Dr. Brian Bixler
Brian Bixler, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in sports medicine and pediatric orthopaedics. Dr. Bixler specializes in the care of the injured athlete and the pediatric patient. He sees patients age 21 and younger. He is the team physician for many high schools in the area as well as colleges. Dr. Bixler is frequently found on the sidelines of local high school and college-level sporting events in the event of an injury. His goal is to get the injured athlete back in the game.

I had been having issues for about 2 months after a fall and thought I should make sure there was nothing to be concerned about. Dr. Bixler listened and had 2 x-rays done which showed him and myself what he originally thought the issue was. I am still taking some medication and doing exercises and was given an appointment to return after about a month. I was very pleased with the care I was given. It was the first time I had ever had to use OSS in York when my primary Dr. suggested I go there.
