## PA Richard Kell

Richard Kell, PA-C, received both his bachelor’s degree and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

As a Physician Assistant, his professional experience includes 2 years in family medicine with a clinical rotation at St. Lukes in orthopedic surgery.

Richard has a strong interest in helping patients improve function and return to their daily activities. He assists the OSS physicians in all aspects of patient care, including, but not limited to acquiring a detailed history and physical exam, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, ordering/interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic studies and assist in surgery.

Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, skiing, weightlifting, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
