Staff was great, however, the doctor was very dismissive and never introduced himself at all. I had to ask the nurse when he left who he was.

The doctors and staff including the most incredible nurses I had were TOP NOTCH. THE BEST AROUND!!!! My only complaint was that my pain levels were managed very poorly. I was extremely disappointed in this matter because seven years ago I had the same surgery and my pain levels were managed perfectly. I have an extremely high tolerance to dealing with pain and this time was really rough for them to manage. I'm assuming because of all the governmental BS that's out there because of opiods and the government regs. But I'm sorry, there's NO EXCUSES for these agencies to put such tight restrictions on MAJOR SURGICAL PROCEDURES when each and every doctor says their hands are tied because of the regulations. When you've had several of your spinal vertebrae fused together, a person needs to have something strong on board for several days to possibly a few weeks till things heal and swelling subsides. NOT ALL PEOPLE OUT HERE ARE JUST LOOKING FOR PILLS. PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF AS OTHERS WHO HAVE CHRONIC HEALTH PROBLEMS AND AROUND THE CLOCK AND PAIN ISSUES ARE LEFT BEHIND AND CLASSIFIED AS these people looking for fun. IT'S APALLING AND DISGUSTING especially when we have a file listing our conditions and we're still ignored. THESE BIG INSURANCE AGENCIES AND COMPANIES THAT DICTATE THE PEOPLE'S HEALTHCARE MAKE OUR PHYSICIANS AND NURSES HOSTAGES. Because if the doctors and nurses don't follow big brothers rules they get fired or in trouble. EVERY DOCTOR OR NURSE I'VE DEALT WITH SAYS THEIR HANDS ARE TIED AND THEY KNOW WERE STILL IN ALOT OF PAIN,BUT THEY'RE NOT ALLOWED TO TREAT THEIR PATIENTS THE WAY THEY SHOULD. PLEASE DON'T GET ME WRONG, DR PATEL AND THE STAFF AND NURSES ARE TOP NOTCH, AND I TRULY LOVE EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM!!!!! WE NEED TO GET THE BEAURACY OUT OF THE WAY!!!!! DOCTORS NEED TO TREAT THEIR PATIENTS. FROM HOSPITALS, TO YOUR HOMETOWN DOCTORS, TO ALL THE DOCTORS WHO WENT TO SCHOOL. Patients shouldn't have to endure these conditions during their procedures or while healing from them. I'm home now and my pain levels are still the same as the day I left the hospital and I'm dealing with it even on less medication than in the hospital. It's very hard to recover when your constantly in pain and definitely not being managed well. This article isn't about OSS HEALTH CARE. I WOULD STAND STRONG WITH THEM EVERY DAY. IT'S THE GOVERNMENTAL BULLSHIT THAT IS THE PROBLEMS...
