Meet Dr. Callista Morris

I grew up in Central Pennsylvania graduating from West Perry High School. I played Division I Field Hockey for Bucknell University and went on to receive my medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I also completed my orthopaedic surgery residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where I was Chief Resident. After residency, I went on to complete my sports orthopaedic fellowship at Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Cincinnati, OH where I worked directly with the Cincinnati Reds Baseball team.

Prior to coming to OSS Health, I was the Head Team Physician for the Division I Bucknell Wrestling team and Women’s Field Hockey team. I am a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and have treated patients of all ages and levels including the Cincinnati Reds, Division I, II and III collegiate teams in all sports, and multiple high school teams. Currently, I am the Head Team Physician for Cumberland Valley High School and treat many local athletes in the area. I have special interest in helping players of all levels return to their sporting activity in a safe, but efficient manner. My clinical interests include minimally invasive arthroscopic surgical procedures for the hip, knee, and shoulder, including all hip arthroscopy; open shoulder and elbow procedures, including those for the overhead athlete down to the arthritic shoulder; ligamentous injuries of the knee and elbow such as ACL reconstructions, posterolateral corner reconstructions, and UCL elbow injuries (Tommy John); cartilage restoration procedures; shoulder instability and rotator cuff. I am privileged to also perform the BEAR ACL procedure which uses the native ligament to restore the knee and MACI cartilage procedures.

In my leisure time, I enjoy skiing in the winter, traveling, working out and spending time with my family and friends.
