Dr. Varun Sambhariya
Dr. Sambhariya earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California. He then completed his medical training at UT Southwestern and John Peter Smith Hospital in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Following this, Dr. Sambhariya graduated from a surgical spine fellowship at the University of Washington / Harborview Medical Center and trained in the latest techniques in spine surgery.
Dr. Sambhariya has special interest in degenerative spine disease, complex spine deformity, motion-preserving spine surgery and minimally invasive techniques. He treats a variety of spine pathology from the skull to the sacrum. From nonoperative treatment to surgical solutions, he creates a patient specific approach using the techniques that best fit his patient’s spine conditions and needs. Dr. Sambhariya's aim is to help patients return to a healthy and active way of life.
In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with my family and friends.

I recently had neck surgery done by Dr Sambhariya. Along with his nurse Taylor they worked tirelessly with me to help manage my symptoms prior to surgery as well as postoperatively. It was very important to me as a nurse of 30 years to find not only a skilled surgeon but one with a good bedside manner as well. Dr Sambhariya answered all of my long list of questions and was very attentive both pre and post surgery. I would definitely recommend him and his team for any future surgery you are considering. Both he and his nurse Taylor have made my experience a very positive one and I am very grateful!

I went to Dr S with horrible sciatica pain in legs and entire left side of body. Dr S was very kind, compassionate, and patient… Dr. S explained my options and not the first to suggest surgery, which would be life-threatening for me… I felt that he truly cared, and would definitely suggest him to any other patient.
