OSS Health Announces New CEO

YORK, PA - OSS Health has selected Troy Phillips as the new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Phillips brings over 35 years of healthcare experience including leadership roles in community hospitals and academic health systems, medical groups, and managed care organizations. He comes to OSS Health from Cerner Corporation, where he had executive responsibility for the product management and market strategy for several healthcare information technology solutions. Prior to his leadership roles, Mr. Phillips served several central Pennsylvania communities as a Paramedic.

Mr. Phillips will lead the operations at the OSS Health Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Clinics located across central Pennsylvania.

Mr. Phillips earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and his Master of Health Administration from Penn State University. He holds certifications from the Healthcare Financial Management Association and Project Management Institute.
