Dr. Brent Hines
Brent S. Hines, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Hines provides care for all general orthopaedic problems with a focus in shoulder surgery. He has expertise in knee and shoulder replacements as well as arthroscopic surgery in the knee and shoulder.
Dr. Hines completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Memorial Hospital right here in York. After his residency, he completed specialized fellowship training in shoulder surgery at Saint Francis Orthopaedic Institute in Columbus, Georgia. He helps his patients get back to the activities they enjoy.

My husband had a total knee replacement in February 2016. Dr Hines is an excellent surgeon. He was very informative and always answered any questions we had. Always took time to sit down with us and talk about any questions or concerns we had. He exhausted every avenue possible before knee surgery and he left the final decision up to my husband. Waiting time was excessive considering I was the 2nd patient of the day. He did seem to be in a hurry and since I was 2nd and waited for at least 45 minutes, I understand why he was in a hurry. Does not look to good to patient who you trusted to replace a joint in your body.
