Dr. Chad Rutter
Chad M. Rutter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Rutter was raised in York and attended Central York High School. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Rutter completed residency training at Memorial Hospital also here in York. He then completed fellowship training in spine surgery at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.
Dr. Rutter treats all general orthopaedic problems with special expertise in the treatment of the spine. He provides both non-operative and operative treatment options to his patients. Dr. Rutter uses state-of-the-art techniques in the conservative and surgical treatment of spine abnormalities to help his patients get back to the things they enjoy.

Dr. Rutter is exceptional. He is efficient! When he looked at my MRI he explained everything that was going on with my spine. I had spinal stenosis and he offered me treatment. I told him I did not want a band aid. Surgery was my best option. With my spinal canal closed of at 75% at the L4/5 level and the pain I was having in my legs I was ready for the procedure.The nsurance company made it challenging to get the surgery approved but dr Rutgers staff went above and beyond.

Dr. Chad Rutter repaired the rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder, he did a wonderful job getting my full range of motion back, I am very pleased with my out come. Dr. Rutter also explained how the Workers Comp process worked since I wasn't familiar with it.

Dr Rutter performed a Laminectomy and it went VERY well. From start to post - op,it went much better than expected. The good Doctor was very compassionate while professional In answering All my questions & concerns since I was solo going through this. I had no Hesitation in trusting him with my eventual well being. I only wish I had done it sooner. From my experience, I researched and select fully picked a very talented professional Doctor who has made me pain free. Don't hesitate.
