Dr. Corey Caruthers
Corey Caruthers, DO is an orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in joint replacement surgery and arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Dr. Caruthers uses a minimally invasive surgical approach and the most advanced technology when doing surgeries so that his patients have an excellent outcome and a faster recovery. He is one of few surgeons in central PA trained in robotic-assisted knee replacement and he uses the anterior approach to total hip replacement when appropriate. Dr. Caruthers also treats many general orthopaedic conditions including fractures and sports injuries.

Dr. Caruthers, Heather and his team recently did a total knee replacement of my right knee and my recovery has been extremely smooth! I haven’t felt this strong in years. I will not hesitate to have him and his team do the same for my left knee! They also scheduled my pt with Gina, Lorina and CC (green team) and they have also been so instrumental and knowledgeable of exactly the right process following the surgery to help me return and maintain an active lifestyle with my family and grandson! I’ve been choosing OSS for years for the past 10 years for various other reasons including fractures, broken bones and epidurals and can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for better care and treatment! My experiences there have always been extremely positive!!! I’m grateful beyond measure for them!
