Dr. Corey Caruthers
Corey Caruthers, DO is an orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in joint replacement surgery and arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Dr. Caruthers uses a minimally invasive surgical approach and the most advanced technology when doing surgeries so that his patients have an excellent outcome and a faster recovery. He is one of few surgeons in central PA trained in robotic-assisted knee replacement and he uses the anterior approach to total hip replacement when appropriate. Dr. Caruthers also treats many general orthopaedic conditions including fractures and sports injuries.

Excellent results, could not be more pleased! I saw Dr Caruthers one year after a right total knee replacement that never worked correctly. He diagnosed excessive scarring due to an incorrectly sized prosthesis. He spent 3 hours removing scar tissue and re-doing the replacement with a different prosthesis. I felt better that same night and now, 3 weeks out, am finally on the road to full recovery. I have been given my life back.

Dr.Caruthers is the absolute best ! I’ve had 3 joints replaced by him and couldn’t have had a better experience. Would never go to another orthopedic
