Dr. Corey Caruthers
Corey Caruthers, DO is an orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in joint replacement surgery and arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Dr. Caruthers uses a minimally invasive surgical approach and the most advanced technology when doing surgeries so that his patients have an excellent outcome and a faster recovery. He is one of few surgeons in central PA trained in robotic-assisted knee replacement and he uses the anterior approach to total hip replacement when appropriate. Dr. Caruthers also treats many general orthopaedic conditions including fractures and sports injuries.

On my first visit Dr. Caruthers came into the exam room with a smile and a hand shake. He was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable as to the pain I was expecering. After describing my pain/symptoms Dr. Caruthers knew what the problem was and ordered the necessary testing. Dr. Caruthers performed my right hip surgery on 6/22/2023. My pain level was a high 9 and now my pain level is 0. I feel like a new person. I highly recommend Dr. Caruthers.
