Dr. Granger was straight forward and to the point. I like this. No fooling around. He explained in detail why he chose this particular treatment vs. the 2nd choice. It was not not what I wanted to hear, but Dr. Granger was my second opinion. The appt. was questioning amputation vs. ligament repair. I could keep looking for the opinion I would have rather heard, but I figured that these two fellas knew what they they were talking about. I have a slight problem accepting my age so when both of them said " considering my age, this is what I would suggest, I was slightly offended. When I got past that, I realized that He was ging me his learned opinion. All in all, very satisfiec with o.v. One thing I would question is the fact that all my records pertaining to this issue were faxed over to Dr.Granger. He said that he never reads other Dr.'s opinion before he sees the patient. That way he won't be swayed by someone else's opinion. My question is - then why have all these records faxed over if they are disregarded? I think the xrays were the only thing that Dr.Granger really needed.
