Meet Dr. James Gilhool
I received my medical degree and completed an internship at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to my medical education, I completed fellowship training in interventional pain management at Georgia Pain Associates. I was also a Clinical Instructor in Rehabilitation Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. At the conclusion of my formal training, I am board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine and Sports Medicine.
As a pain specialist at OSS Health, I care for many patients with spine, lower back and neck pain. Through pain management and exercise, my goal is to help restore your function so that you can do daily activities and improve your independence.
In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching lacrosse and doing outdoor activities.
