Dr. James Gilhool
James Gilhool, D.O. is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine and Sports Medicine. Dr. Gilhool diagnoses and provides non-surgical treatment for disorders of the spine. Through exercise and injections, Dr. Gilhool’s goal is to help restore function so patients can do daily activities and improve their independence.
Dr. Gilhool is also a Certified ImPACT Consultant (CIC) treating concussions. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities and coaching lacrosse.

Dr Gilhool is a great doctor! He is caring and has a great bedside manner. He explains exactly what he is finding as well as the steps he will take to relieve pain. He accompanied me from the treatment room back to the cubicle where I had been waiting the procedure making sure I was able to walk and not stumble, while he held my arm. He is a genuine nice guy and a knowledgeable and wise physician. One of my favorites!
