Joseph Hensley, DPM, is a podiatrist, or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle conditions. My 17 year old had to have minor surgery on her toe. She was very worked up. Dr. Hensley put her at ease immediately. He talked to her before doing anything, explaining why her condition happens, option for fixing it (while we were there and not another visit), and if the condition kept re-occurring, options she would have. I'm not going to tell you it wasn't a little painful. We had let the condition go on too long. But he talked her through it every step of the way.

This is NOT a paid response nor is Dr. Hensley a personal friend. I had been a nurse (now disabled) for 24 years. I have also been to MANY doctors in my life. Dr. Hensley has an excellent bedside manner. He was very knowledgeable medically as well. He was very informative when I saw him today. He explained everything as he was treating me. Folks...I know a REAL doctor when I see one and that is what I saw today.

This is the second procedure that Dr. Hensley handled for me and I am just as pleased as I was with the first one. Dr. Hensley is genuinely a very caring physician. I have recommended others to him in the past and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who was in need of his services.
