No nonsense approach. Does not take the let's wait and see attitude. Had a bad foot infection from a piece of metal that popped through the skin from a 45 year old foot reconstruction. Told me to go to the ER and surgery will be in the next day or two. Yes, missed 5 weeks of work but kept foot and remaining toes.

Dr Falci is superb! Highly recommend this doctor. He has removed glass from my sole and bony lumps from my big toe. He knows his field and does it very well. Great guy!
