No nonsense approach. Does not take the let's wait and see attitude. Had a bad foot infection from a piece of metal that popped through the skin from a 45 year old foot reconstruction. Told me to go to the ER and surgery will be in the next day or two. Yes, missed 5 weeks of work but kept foot and remaining toes.
