I had a wonderful visit at OSS with Dr. Falci. He explained why I was continually getting an ingrown toenail, removed that portion of the nail and explained the Matrix procedure to prevent future ingrown nails. After I left the office, the medical asst was very friendly and explained how to set up an appointment for the Matrix procedure. ☺️
