Dr. Brent Hines
Brent S. Hines, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Hines provides care for all general orthopaedic problems with a focus in shoulder surgery. He has expertise in knee and shoulder replacements as well as arthroscopic surgery in the knee and shoulder.
Dr. Hines completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Memorial Hospital right here in York. After his residency, he completed specialized fellowship training in shoulder surgery at Saint Francis Orthopaedic Institute in Columbus, Georgia. He helps his patients get back to the activities they enjoy.

Originally I went to my pcp and was told rotator cuff with tennis elbow that I should wear a sling and go to PT. Well after a month I still couldn’t lift my arm. Then I decided to go to Oss where I met Dr. Hines he immediately set me up to have “frozen shoulder” manipulation and then back to PT one week later I can finally lift my arm that I’ve been dealing with for 4 months. Thank you Dr. Hines ??????????

Dr Hines saw me for a torn rotator cuff and the recommendation was surgery. He was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in detail. He was very patient to answer all of my questions, even if they were simple or a little ridiculous.
