Dr. Chad Rutter
Chad M. Rutter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Rutter was raised in York and attended Central York High School. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Rutter completed residency training at Memorial Hospital also here in York. He then completed fellowship training in spine surgery at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.
Dr. Rutter treats all general orthopaedic problems with special expertise in the treatment of the spine. He provides both non-operative and operative treatment options to his patients. Dr. Rutter uses state-of-the-art techniques in the conservative and surgical treatment of spine abnormalities to help his patients get back to the things they enjoy.

Dr. Rutters is one of OSS’s best. I had shoulder pain n went in as a walk in. Dr.Rutter gave me a cortisone shot n I was better in 2 days no pain. He’s kind n down to earth. I also had him yrs ago for corporal tunnel surgery n that went wonderful. I’d highly recommend him for your needs. OSS is so much better than Wellspan.

Dr. Rutter was very professional, listened to what was going on and came up with multiple solutions for my problem. There was no push for treatment, I was able to select what I felt would be best to start and we could go from there depending how things progressed. I highly recommend OSS Health.
