Dr. was professional, respectful and explained any question or concern that I expressed. He did not hurry me in any of our conversations before or after the surgery. He understood my fear and apprehension caused by experiencing infection in a previous operation that resulted in 14 months of painful recovery. His understanding of my experience and his efforts to explain his procedural steps had a calming effect to my fears.

Dr Jackson is a gifted surgeon. I refer to him as God's Gift to Knees. I've had the pleasure of referring several friends to him, and they've all been as happy as I am with their results. If, for some reason, he isn't able to help your pain, he'll tell you. He's upfront and not pushy about replacement surgery at all. I'm having my second knee replacement by Dr Jackson in a couple weeks. If I get as good results, and have as easy recovery as I did last time, I'll be ecstatic.
