I had neck and shoulder pain for five days. Heat and cold did not help. I went to OSS urgent care on a Saturday morning. I anticipated a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised when my entire visit was under an hour and a half. Dr Jackson prescribed a muscle relaxant and steroids. I was pain free by the following day.
