For years I delayed in having a total knee replacement because of the unknown. I began seeing Dr Jackson for injections into my knee to relieve some pain. As those shots became less effective I began to have questions about a total knee replacement and after some x-rays he explained that I was a good candidate for the procedure and what I could expect If I went forward. I was interested to learn about robotic assist which Dr. Jackson uses and how it speeds up the healing process. Dr. Jackson answered all my questions from pre-op thru physical therapy and recovery time. My appointment was scheduled and the steps required to proceed were implemented flawlessly by Dr. Jackson and the OSS team and who were always available. During recovery at the OSS Hospital Dr. Jackson made time to visit each morning I was there to check on my progress and answer more questions I had. The staff at OSS Hospital are very knowlegable and caring even calling me after I returned home. I am very happy.

Had my Right Knee replaced by Dr. Jackson. Cant say enough Good about the entire experience front the First appointment until surgery complete. I am 100 percent impressed with Dr. Jackson and his entire staff, including the Surgical Unit at Powder Mill and that staff, the Physical Therapy at OSS in Hanover. The entire experience has been professional and totally Patient orientated. Anyone who is looking for a great experience please seek out Dr. Jackson
