I had an MRI it does show a small tear, I was sooo worried about having surgery when Dr Jackson saw the MRI and tear he suggested I strengthen around my knee muscles and let’s see if it can heal verses surgery! He was Caring, honest and made me feel like it was more important to heal itself than jump into surgery! Excellent honest meaningful consult!!! Thank you Doc Jackson
