Dr. Jackson is patient in answering questions and explaining procedures. He spoke with my spouse after my surgery and I spoke with him on my first visit. The x-ray of my repaired knee looked perfect, although I was still having a lot of pain after 10 days. The swelling and pain are slowly getting less. I was not prepared for the pain of physical therapy, but that is my fault.
