Meet Dr. Keith Granger
I received my medical degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, AL. I then completed an internship year at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in Aventura, FL, before completing my residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Good Samaritan University/Mercy Hospital in Rockville Centre, NY. I am currently participating in an advanced care interventional spine and sports medicine fellowship program at OSS Health.
I have special interest in restoring quality of life for my patients. Whether through conservative management or minimally invasive procedures, I strive to help restore function and help patients get back enjoying their everyday lives.
In my leisure time, I enjoy playing golf, softball, and rooting for the Atlanta Braves.
