Dr. Alexander Kish
Dr. Alexander Kish is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and also holds an additional subspecialty certificate in Surgery of the Hand. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
Dr. Kish completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center and R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD. After residency he completed a fellowship in Hand/Microvascular/Upper Extremity Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. This extra year of training afforded him the opportunity to hone his skills in the surgical and non-surgical treatment options for various conditions of the arm and hand. Dr. Kish especially enjoys challenging upper extremity pathology and has great interest in management of complex fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, as well as the treatment of arthritis in the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and fingers.
In his leisure time, he enjoys mountain biking, running, fly fishing, and spending time with his wonderful family.

When I broke my wrist, I was very anxious and Dr. Kish put me at ease by explaining things thoroughly. From the time I entered the OSS office I felt that the staff was very professional and friendly. I am 89 years old and Dr. Kish was able to repair my badly fractured wrist to a level of function that is nearly the same as before the injury. I feel very fortunate that Dr. Kish was my surgeon.

I seen dr.kish when I was in the hospital he seen my right foot and then I seen him for my right thumb he's a very nice Dr he spends time with you .
