What Patients Are Saying
I was impressed with Dr Andrews when I met him. He was very confident, spoke to us (my husband was with me) and not just at us. He made eye contact, which is important to me. He explained everything so we understood what was going on. He explained my options and, considering my situation, set up a surgical date within the very next week. After surgery when I was having extreme pain, he called me into his office on Wednesday and I went straight in to see him (this was days before my scheduled post-op follow up appointment). I like Dr Andrews. I like his confidence, his professionalism, I trust his surgical skills and I would highly recommend him to anyone. My one issue with Dr Andrews, he's a very soft-spoken individual and I do have a hard time hearing him at times. I have to keep asking him to repeat himself. Other than that, Dr Andrews is great.

I saw Dr. Andrews and his PA for my trigger finger. It was injected about five months prior to my appointment and had gotten better, but the problem returned. My providers explained what was happening and how they had to fix it. I had a second injection, but it was different from the first and with a larger volume of medicine. The medicine they injected was different and was doing a better job for most patients. So far, so good. They also explained what would need to be done if the injection didn’t work.I am very appreciative of their care, and with the time they spent explaining things to me. Another great OSS experience!
