Always enters door with a smile , some doctors talk around or over your head not Dr Welters. My hip replacement surgery went great as did after care, on my last visit for hip I mentioned pain in shoulder and knee , the nurse asked if he was able to check on only one what did I want looked at first , he looked at both , along with hip X-ray he had X-rays of shoulder and knee taken also , he explained the X-rays explained my options, let me make decisions in the order of care , then approved the choices I made, I received shot in knee and had to schedule MRI for shoulder , I was very thankful he addressed these additional problems without having to schedule another visit . If a doctor takes time to listen to you , never makes you feel rushed , gladly does the extras if time permits , has a great surgery team and a great surgeon, he’s a keeper. 5 STARS
