Jesse Welter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon providing conservative and operative treatment for most general orthopaedic issues. Dr. Welter has special interest in joint replacement surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also performs minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Welter has been practicing orthopaedics since 2014, treating both children and adults.

Jesse Welter is a very skilled doctor/surgeon. A life at sea beat me up. I have had both knees replaced, and a rotator cuff/ torn bicep repaired by him. He is a plain spoken, honest and gifted man. I would recommend him to anyone. Additionally, I highly recommend the OSS rehab team for after the surgery. The recoveries are not always easy, but the results are awesome.

Dr. Welter is amazing at his job. I have had 3 procedures done. Carpal tunnel release on both hands and shoulder done. Husband had trigger finger done. Mother Inlaw had a knee replacement and both shoulders. He also sees my mom and uncle. He is very knowledgeable and has a mindset for what is in the best interest of the patient. He is honest and will let you know if he thinks something won’t work. Great bed side manner and very down to earth. If he is having a bad day, you will never know. He takes as much time as needed (within reason) to answer your questions and explains things on a patients level. I will fly to see him if he ever relocated out of state.
