Dr. Welter has special interest in joint replacement surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also performs minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee. I've been dealing with any issue for some years and then had an incident and it was My PCP Dr. Prince , UPMC, sent referral to Dr. Welter . However, Dr. Welter was wonderful, very comforting, answered all my concerns. OSS York is a very efficient hospital and the surgery went really well, the nurses and therapists were also fantastic.
