Jesse Welter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon providing conservative and operative treatment for most general orthopaedic issues. Dr. Welter has special interest in joint replacement surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also performs minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Welter has been practicing orthopaedics since 2014, treating both children and adults.

Dr Welter was thorough and efficient with my surgical needs. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was to be at the surgical center at 8:45, but wasn’t taken into surgery until noon. I don’t necessarily think this is within the control of Dr Welter, but perhaps the surgical center could do better with pre-op prep timing with the surgery time itself.

Dr. Jesse Welter is a FANTASTIC Doctor. He replaced my right hip and right knee both within a 4 month period. He does use the help of the ROSA ROBOTICS to get accurate measures. After 6 weeks of physical therapy with my knee, I was only able to bend it to 70 degrees. We did a manipulation which has helped me more than ever. As of today I can bend my knee to 104 degrees by my self. Thank you very much Dr. Welter.
