I originally went to OSS Urgent Care and then I was referred to Dr Welter for knee problems. He is great and very understanding. Dr Welter is a great surgeon. My knee replacement was very successful. Little to no pain after surgery but physical therapy was challenging. I would recommend Dr Welter to everyone in need of knee surgery.
