Jesse Welter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon providing conservative and operative treatment for most general orthopaedic issues. Dr. Welter has special interest in joint replacement surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also performs minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Welter has been practicing orthopaedics since 2014, treating both children and adults.

Jesse Welter is an excellent Doctor, well skilled, patient, answering all the questions I could think to ask. The one disappointment I have is that my new knee only has 120 degrees of movement before it hits a mechanical hard stop. This makes things I used to commonly do, awkward (like getting out of a car), or extremely painful if I hit the hard stop with force (like stepping off a step that is,, or climbing down to play with my grand son in the floor, or even sitting/standing from a low chair) An extra 20 degrees would have really been nice. I realize that ship has already sailed for me but might benefit someone else.
