Jesse Welter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon providing conservative and operative treatment for most general orthopaedic issues. Dr. Welter has special interest in joint replacement surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also performs minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Welter has been practicing orthopaedics since 2014, treating both children and adults.

I travel over an hour and a half to reach Dr. Welter’s office at OSS Health because he and the entire OSS team are exceptional. The staff at check-in are friendly and compassionate, making the introduction process smooth and supportive. The nurses are equally kind and caring. Dr. Welter himself is wonderful; he took the time to thoroughly explain the knee replacement procedure, address my concerns about the surgery, and ensure I felt comfortable and had all my questions answered. I truly find Dr. Welter to be a kind and compassionate doctor. A friend of mine had a complicated shoulder surgery with him and had nothing but praise. After considering my options, I decided to travel to PA for my knee replacement with Dr. Welter. Everyone at OSS is incredibly nice and compassionate, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
