Dr Welter has done two surgeries for me my left shoulder and my right knee.And now he will be doing my left knee.If I didn't like him or how my surgeries went and recovery time ended.I would of never gone back after the first one.Dr Welter is the best for needs being an EX Jockey I have been operated on many times.
