Jesse Welter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon providing conservative and operative treatment for most general orthopaedic issues. Dr. Welter has special interest in joint replacement surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also performs minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Welter has been practicing orthopaedics since 2014, treating both children and adults.

Dr. Welter was very attentive to my needs, sent me for various x-rays and prescribed an anti-inflammatory agent and a neuropathy agent along with some physical therapy exercises, and a follow-up appointment in approximately three weeks. Very satisfied with Dr. Welter and the whole OSS team that I dealt with, would definitely recommend their services!
