Jesse Welter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon providing conservative and operative treatment for most general orthopaedic issues. Dr. Welter has special interest in joint replacement surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also performs minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Welter has been practicing orthopaedics since 2014, treating both children and adults.

Dr. Jesse is the best His bedside manners are kind and caring you fell like your special to him, like he really cares. I asked my other doctors, nurses , and friends and heard nothing but good about Jesse. There aren’t enough good things to say about this wonderful doctor.

I didn't care for the PA and asked to see this doctor. He was very informative and explained my situation in words I could understand. The injection he gave me was extremely painful. More painful than any surgery I've ever had. I think something could have been done prior to the injection to make it more bearable.
