Jesse Welter, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon providing conservative and operative treatment for most general orthopaedic issues. Dr. Welter has special interest in joint replacement surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also performs minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Welter has been practicing orthopaedics since 2014, treating both children and adults.

I went to OSS for an initial assessment of some very annoying issues that I was having with my back. I meet with Dr Welter, he looked over my Xray, told me what he saw, and he gave me reasoned and sound courses of action.The one thing that stood out was his self-confidence. His knowledge was a given; hell, he works for OSS, he's educated and trained, and he knew that he was not the Doctor for my issues.Beyond that, I like him; he was polite, personable, and I like his approach to medicine, e.g., that there was someone, another doctor, probably better suited to advise me.
