Dr. Jesse Welter performed a TKR one week ago. I have less pain than I did in the months leading up to surgery. The entire experience, from surgical reception, all medical staff, food services, and facilities staff were very professional, attentive, and top notch. Other healthcare providers should model after OSS and their customer service.
