I have been seen twice bt Dr Welter, and twice by his PA for shoulder injuries. I am pleased with my association thus far. I will undergo a reverse total shoulder joint replacement by Dr Welter in April. My care for various joint issues (1 shoulder repair, t hip replacement, knee injections for meniscus tears in both knees) by OSS physicians has been excellent, which gives me full confidence that Dr Welter's surgery on my shoulder will be successful.
