Dr. King was superb!! He is a surgeon who actually listens and speaks clearly to you! I had rotator cuff surgery December 1. Today my surgery “punctures” are barely visible. The office staff @ Mechanicsburg, York, and as well as the surgical staff, and his PA, Nicole, are ALL wonderful and caring! IF I should have any future orthopedic needs, I will return to OSS. THANK YOU DR. KING!!!!

Dr King is the man!! I've seen him for a minimum of 4 or 5 years now. However, March of 2021 was the first time he performed surgery on me. That surgery was rotator cuff surgery on my right arm. I am not exaggerating when I say, "that surgery was a walk in the park!! The surgery took place on a Wednesday morning. Friday afternoon I stopped taking the oxycodone and Saturday evening I stopped taking any Tylenol." So in under 4 days I wasn't taking anything for pain or swelling!! At no time post surgery did I experience any pain except for a few times when I over did it during physical therapy. On Nov of 2021 Dr King performed knee replacement surgery on my Left leg. Although this surgery, unfortunately, was not as pain free as the previous one. That being said, it was still not a bad experience at all. Unlike the rotator cuff surgery, the knee replacement was done inpatient rather than outpatient. I was fortunate in that my insurance covered my stay at OSS's Hospital!! If not for the medical equipment and the uniforms of the nurses and doctors the experience was much more like a 2 day stay at a hotel. At the end of February Dr King will be performing knee replacement surgery on my right leg. I'm hoping that will be it for a while as far as surgeries go!!
